In honor of Black Breastfeeding Week and National Breastfeeding Month! We are encouraging postpartum parents to Reclaim and Restore Self Care . Many statistics are showing that among Black mothers many health conditions and death happens after having a baby. It is important to remember to care for yourself . Come get support with self care guidance, lactation education, pelvic floor support, emotional wellness, and guidance for your overall wellbeing.
