Contract Terms

Session Reproduction

Black Breastfeeding Week (BBW) reserves the right to photograph or audio/video record session(s) for future uses

Ethical Considerations

In relation to this Professional Speaker Series, the Speaker neither solicits or accepts funding or reimbursement from manufacturers of infant formula or manufacturers of breast-milk substitutes.

Indemnification

Speaker agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BBW against any claims of intellectual property infringement, libel, slander or other claims or actions arising from the content of or nature of Speaker’s presentation or handouts.

 Practical Considerations

In the event that the Conference is cancelled, BBW will notify the speaker via email within 24 hours of the cancellation.
